Terms and Conditions

In general, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply.

Prices:

All prices stated for holiday apartments are in euros. Services not used will not be refunded.

Taxes and fees included in the total price:

  • 10% VAT
  • Electricity/heating costs, etc.
  • Cleaning fee: €60 - 120€ per stay
  • Local tax: €2.65 per person per night
    • Children from 14 years
    • Set by the municipality and may vary at short notice

Reservation:

Upon confirmation of a reservation (accommodation contract), the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions of the Professional Association of Accommodation Businesses dated 15 November 2006 shall apply. If prices in the booking confirmation differ, the prices stated in the offer shall always apply.

Cancellation:

Cancellations are only valid in writing. The provisions of the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply. In case of late cancellation (within 30 days before arrival, if the room or apartment cannot be re-rented), as well as in case of early departure, the full amount for the entire stay will be charged. For cancellations up to 3 months before arrival, the landlord may retain the deposit as compensation for expenses.

Hotel Cancellation Plus:

More than just cancellation protection (no deductible) for holidays in Austria. This insurance package from Europäische Reiseversicherung also includes trip interruption, additional costs due to delayed arrival or involuntary extension of the stay, as well as search and rescue costs. Valid for trips up to 31 days.

Deposit:

Upon confirmed booking, we kindly ask for a deposit of 20% of the total price within 14 days.

Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in is possible from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 on the day of departure.

When booking online via tour operators or internet providers, their general terms and conditions must be observed and accepted.

Agency agreement with tour operators:

TISCOVER, BOOKING.COM, etc. provide the possibility to book third-party travel services via their respective systems. The tour operators do not offer any travel services under their own responsibility. Therefore, by making a booking, only an agency contract is concluded between you and the respective provider, to which the provisions of §§ 31b ff. KSchG (package travel contract) do not apply.
